p32.jpgPurposes: hydrodynamic survey of formations entered while drilling vertical, directional and horizontal wells in an open borehole of 151, 243 mm in diameter and casing string of 168, 245 mm in diameter.
The system is controlled by drill pipes rotation.

The system allows for:
  • formation testing in a multi-cycle mode with formation samples taking;
  • lowering the drill stem tester assembly into directional and horizontal wells without the hazard of the tester main valve premature opening;
  • eliminate possible packer sticking caused by direct and below-packer circulation of flush liquid.

IPT-110G formation drill stem testing system

p33.jpgPurposes: hydrodynamic survey of vertical, directional and horizontal wells with 146 mm casing string. The system can operate with drill pipes and tubing with bottom or string walls thrust.
The tester is controlled by vertical movement of the pipe string.
The system is covered by RF patents: 1361317, 791922, 649836, 29094.

The system allows for:
  • formation testing in an "inflow - pressure recovery" multi-cycle mode;
  • target zones testing by intervals with selective isolation;
  • obtaining a sealed sample of reservoir fluid;
  • barotreatment (depression-repression) and cleaning of the formation well bore zone in order to increase well productive capacity; 
  • determination of the formation hydrodynamic parameters following the results of testing and barotreatment.

IPT-110S drill stem testing equipment

p36.jpgPurposes: comprehensive survey of production wells in dynamic conditions with geophysical and hydrodynamic methods. The system is lowered into a well on NKT-73 tubing. It operates by thrusting against the well walls.
The equipment is controlled by vertical movement of pipes.
The system can be used together with a perforating gun according to the method of underbalanced casing perforation.

The system is lowered into the well on drill or well tubing of 73 or 89 mm in diameter.
